G504 Mixing Base is a transparent, oil-based clear paste formulated for professional textile screen printing applications. It is primarily used as a mixing base with concentrated organic pigments to create low-opacity inks, making it ideal for printing on light backgrounds where soft color tones and smooth hand feeling are required. The formulation is free from phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and APEO, allowing its use in garments produced for international export markets. In addition to pigment mixing, G504 Mixing Base can also be added to high-opacity inks such as the G200 series. The addition ratio can reach up to 100%, effectively increasing ink volume while reducing both opacity and overall production cost. G504 Mixing Base belongs to the Green Ink Series and is suitable for printing on cotton, blended, and synthetic fabrics. It supports both direct printing and transfer techniques, offering flexibility for various production needs while maintaining environmental compliance.
