A801 Metallic Clear Base is a water-based, eco-friendly ink formulated without blowing agents to maintain maximum film transparency. When combined with metallic powders, it enables a wide range of metallic effects including silver, gold, glitter, and pearl finishes. The formulation is free from phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phenols, and is based on a balanced blend of acrylates, polyurethane, dispersants, and functional additives to ensure high opacity, shine, and a soft hand feel. It offers excellent coverage on light, medium, and dark fabrics, including black. The ink is suitable for both manual and automatic printing machines, with strong resistance to screen blocking, allowing printing with fine meshes up to 100 mesh. A801 is suitable for both direct printing and heat transfer applications. For heat transfer printing, polyamide powder should be used as the transfer medium on various fabric types.
